FRIENDS FOR FITNESS HOSTS MONTHLY MEETING

Tuesday, October 21st marks Friends For Fitness upcoming Monthly Meeting. The meetings are held at the Kailua View Estates Recreation Center from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Food, fun, camaraderie and information is shared between all who participate. We will not be having a Beautification Day in October because of the heat. We will discuss what needs to be done for the November 1st clean up day.

Friends For Fitness is a non-profit organization whose mission is to Promote a Healthy, Livable, and Physically Active Community Through: Partner/Community Participation; Education and Awareness; and Resource Development.
