Friends For Fitness West Hawaii Community Coalition began in 1992 to decrease the prevalence of sedentary lifestyle and to improve the health of Hawaii residents. Our mission is to create and promote a healthy, livable, and physically active community through *Partner/Community participation *Education and awareness *Resource development.

Upcoming Plant Sale


PLANT SALE AT MAKA’EO PATH
Second annual plant and garden sale will be held Saturday, February 6, 8 am -12pm, at the entrance to the Maka’eo walking path in Old Airport park. Funds from the event are used by Friends for Fitness volunteers for equipment to beautify this area. Support the path by buying or donating plants or gardening items on February 6, or by helping at the community work days the first Saturday of each month.
