Fifty Miles In One Month Challenge
Friends For Fitness is challenging you and your friends to complete 50 miles around the Maka’eo Walking Path in 1 month. (If you can't make it to Maka'eo, take on the challenge wherever you can.)
50 Miles ~ 72 Large Loop Laps
Before going out for your 1st lap, write a personal note to yourself stating how you feel about taking on this challenge. At the end of your 50 miles in 1 month, write a personal note to yourself stating how you feel after doing the challenge then compare the before and after. Did your state of mind and physical health change throughout the challenge?
