All events must be reserved, scheduled, and organized through the County of Hawaii Parks & Recreation. Use the phone numbers below to contact the County of Hawaii Parks & Recreation to complete an Application For Facility Use and obtain event permits. County fees apply for certain types of events. Please see below for contact information. You may also be asked to submit a parking plan/ police and fire plan.
Friends For Fitness is a Friends of The Parks participant with the County of Hawaii Parks & Recreation. Friends For Fitness manages the Maka'eo Walking Path Event's Calendar independently from the County of Hawaii Parks & Recreation. Please submit your event information below so we can share it on our event calendar, social media, and at the pathway!
