All volunteers, garden adoptees, or any individual that accompanies and participates with a volunteer or garden adoptee must sign and agree to the Volunteer Participation Liability Waiver, at least once, before beginning any volunteer work. Volunteer Participation Liability Waivers will be held for Friends For Fitness records.

All volunteering is performed at own risk and Friends For Fitness will not be held liable for any injury or damage that may arise from participation or volunteering with Friends For Fitness.
