Friends For Fitness is challenging you to complete 50 miles around the Maka’eo Walking Path in November for health awareness. Whether it be ALS, Diabetes, COPD, Alzheimer’s Disease, Cancer, or one of the many illnesses we live with, walk for awareness and those you love!


Post to Instagram or Facebook the chronic disease or illness you're walking for along with your progress.

50 Miles ~ 72 Large Loop Laps (0.7 mile per Large Loop Lap)

 

Note: Before going out for your 1st lap, write a personal note to yourself stating how you feel about taking on this challenge. At the end of your 50 miles in 1 month, write a personal note to yourself stating how you feel after doing the challenge then compare the before and after. Did your state of mind and physical health change throughout the challenge?
